• Refund / Return Policy

  All fees for fitness services are rendered in advance of service delivery. SVELTE Fitness & Wellness Training, Inc. has a NO REFUND / NO RETURNS Policy, unless there is an event of extreme illness or disability of which none of the current fitness services offered can be utilized. At which point, a physician’s note (with physician’s contact information) describing the nature of the illness and duration of treatment is required. Permission to communicate directly with the physician must also be granted by the client. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of SVELTE Fitness management. In the event that a client can’t utilize the services which have been paid, every attempt will be made to accommodate the client with other services at the value of the fees that have already been paid.

• Accepted Forms of Payment

  SVELTE Fitness accepts cash, money orders, traveler’s checks, personal checks (with discretion), debit, credit (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) and PAYPAL for payment for services and goods. A 6% up charge is accessed for PAYPAL tenders. A $25 return payment fee is assessed for any payments returned or declined that result in non-payment.

• PR & Media Releases

  During various activities with SVELTE Fitness & Wellness Training, Inc. there may be occasions where photography of participants is captured for the purpose of public relations, marketing and advertising the services offered by SVELTE, Inc. We value your right to privacy and strive to never intentionally violate your desire to protect your privacy in relation to your participation in our activities. We have available a PR/Media Release Form Please which allows the client to indicate their personal preferences in regards to inclusion in any type of photography or PR events. SVELTE Fitness representatives will provide this form to any client upon request.

  SVELTE Fitness & Wellness Training, Inc. is committed to providing users of this site with an understanding of how we gather and use information, as well as the precautions taken to protect information concerning its Users.
